What this bundle is for
The Forneau® Essential Bundle brings together a 28 cm titanium pan, an M-size titanium cutting board, and a set of pure titanium utensils. It’s designed for anyone looking for everyday cooking with PFAS-free cookware and no coating, using a bare, stable material. Designed in France, in pure titanium: nothing flakes, nothing migrates, and everyday marks remain superficial.
Using the 28 cm pan
With a PFAS-free pure titanium pan, temperature control is key. Preheat for 1–2 minutes over a medium heat, then do the water-drop test (it should bead and “dance”). Then add a little cooking fat, followed by the food. Lower the heat once seared and let food release naturally before turning.
- Compatibility : all hobs including induction. Oven use depends on the parts fitted (avoid non-metal accessories).
- Cleaning : hot water + a non-abrasive sponge. Deglaze while hot if fond sticks.
M cutting board and utensils
The board is for slicing, chopping and transferring. Use sharp knives, wash then dry to limit water marks. The pure titanium utensils handle high heat and contain no coating.

Is the pan induction compatible?
Yes, it’s suitable for all hobs, including induction.
Does titanium scratch?
Like any metal, it can develop surface marks. These marks remain superficial and, importantly, there is no coating to flake off.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes for pure titanium, but hand washing is recommended to keep a more even appearance and reduce water marks.
What warranty is included?
