Returns and Refund Policy

• Return shipping costs are entirely your responsibility (except for defective products or an error on our part)
• Full refund within 14 days after we receive and inspect your return
• Product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging

1. Right of withdrawal — 14 days

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from delivery of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

In accordance with Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code, the cost of returning the product is solely the customer’s responsibility.

2. How to return a product

Step 1 — Notify us of your withdrawal

Send an email to info@forneau.com with the subject line "Return request — Order #[your number]" stating:

• Your first and last name
• Your order number
• The product(s) you want to return
• The reason for the return (optional)

Our team will respond within 24 business hours with detailed return instructions.

Step 2 — Prepare the package

The product must be returned:

• New, in the same condition as when received
• Unused, with no signs of use
• In its complete original packaging
• With proof of purchase

Step 3 — Ship the return

You have 14 days from notifying us of your withdrawal to send the product back to us.

Return shipping costs, as well as any insurance and tracking, are entirely your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked service: packages lost or damaged during return shipping are your responsibility and cannot be refunded without proof that our team received them.

3. Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the product amount as well as the initial standard shipping costs within a maximum of 14 days. Return costs you paid are not refundable.

The refund is issued to the same payment method used when placing the order.

Any depreciation of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics may result in a deduction from the refunded amount.

4. Defective or non-compliant product

If the product you receive is defective or damaged, return costs are then — and only then — at our expense:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@forneau.com
• Attach several clear photos of the defect and the packaging
• After approval by our team, we will send you a prepaid return label

5. Forneau lifetime warranty

The 14-day return policy is separate from our lifetime warranty covering manufacturing or material defects on our titanium products.

6. Products not eligible for return

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, certain products are not eligible for the right of withdrawal:

• Personalized products (engraving, specific choice)
• Products unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons
• Products that have been used or show clear signs of use
