Returns and Refund Policy

• Full refund within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the return
• Product must be new, unused, in its original packaging

1. Right of withdrawal — 14 days

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

In accordance with Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code, the cost of returning the product is solely the customer’s responsibility.

2. How to return a product

Step 1 — Notify us of your withdrawal

Send an email to info@forneau.com with the subject line "Return request — Order #[your number]" stating:

• Your first and last name
• Your order number
• The product(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return (optional)

Our team will reply within 24 business hours with precise return instructions.

Step 2 — Prepare the parcel

The product must be returned:

• New, in the same condition as when received
• Unused, with no signs of use
• In its complete original packaging
• With proof of purchase

Step 3 — Ship the return

You have 14 days from notifying us of your withdrawal to send the product back to us.

Return shipping costs, as well as any insurance and tracking, are entirely at your expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked service: parcels lost or damaged during return transport are your responsibility and cannot be refunded without proof of receipt by our services.

3. Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the product amount as well as the initial standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 days. Return costs incurred by you are not refundable.

The refund is made using the same payment method as the one used when placing the order.

Any depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics may result in a deduction from the refunded amount.

4. Defective or non-compliant product

If the product received is defective or damaged, return costs are in that case — and only in that case — at our expense:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@forneau.com
• Attach several clear photos of the defect and the packaging
• After validation by our team, we will send you a prepaid return label

5. Forneau lifetime warranty

The 14-day return policy is independent of our lifetime warranty covering manufacturing or material defects on our titanium products.

6. Products not eligible for return

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, certain products cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal:

• Personalised products (engraving, specific choice)
• Products unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons
• Products used or showing clear signs of use
