What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your product without having to provide a reason. The product must be in its original condition. Return shipping costs are covered by us.

How do I request a refund?

Send us an email at info@forneau.com with your order number. We process all refunds within 48 business hours. The refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 days.

What happens if my product is damaged upon delivery?

Take a photo of the package and the product immediately upon receipt and contact us at info@forneau.com right away. We will send you a replacement product at no cost, as a priority.

Does the lifetime warranty really cover everything?

Yes. If your Forneau product has a manufacturing defect at any time, we will replace it free of charge, no questions asked. Titanium does not degrade, but if a defect appears, it is our responsibility.

What are the delivery times?

All orders ship within 24–48 business hours. Delivery then takes 3–5 business days in France, and 3–10 business days in Europe and the rest of the world. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Is delivery free?

Yes. Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in the world, with no minimum purchase.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a real-time tracking link. You can also contact us at info@forneau.com for any questions about your delivery.

Do you deliver internationally?

We currently ship to France, Belgium, Switzerland, the United States, and Canada. More countries coming soon. Contact us at info@forneau.com if your country is not yet available.

How do I place an order?

Select your product, choose the quantity, and click “Add to cart.” Then follow the checkout steps. You will receive an email confirmation within minutes of your purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase by contacting info@forneau.com. After this period, the order is already being processed and can no longer be modified.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Is my payment secure?

Where are your products made?

Our utensils are manufactured in Europe using Grade 1 titanium — the same used in surgery and the aerospace industry. Each product is inspected and certified before shipping to ensure impeccable quality.

Are your products compatible with all types of cooktops?

Yes. Forneau utensils are compatible with all heat sources — gas, electric, ceramic, induction, and oven. Titanium withstands extreme temperatures without warping or degrading.

How do I maintain my Forneau utensils?

Titanium is extremely easy to maintain. Simply wash with warm water and a little soap, or place it directly in the dishwasher. No special products are required — titanium does not rust and never tarnishes.

What is Grade 1 titanium?

Grade 1 is the purest form of titanium — 99.98% pure titanium. It is the same material used for surgical implants and aerospace components. It is completely inert, meaning it never reacts with food, acids, or bases.

Is titanium really non-stick?

Pure titanium naturally has non-stick properties without any chemical coating. With a small amount of fat and gradual heating, food does not stick. Unlike Teflon, this property never wears off over time.

Does titanium release substances into food?

No. Grade 1 titanium is completely biocompatible and chemically inert. Even at very high temperatures, it does not release any particles, heavy metals, or toxic substances. This is why it is used inside the human body.

What is the difference between titanium and stainless steel or cast iron?

Stainless steel contains nickel and chromium, which can migrate into food. Cast iron is heavy and rusts if not properly maintained. Titanium is 3 times lighter than cast iron, stronger than stainless steel, and 100% inert. There is no real comparison.

Can I use metal utensils with my Forneau products?

Yes. There is no coating to damage, so metal utensils are fine. Titanium can show surface marks over time; those marks stay superficial, nothing flakes off and nothing migrates into your food.
