Cooking: key habits (pans / saucepans)
On a titanium frying pan, preheat for 60 to 90 seconds over a medium heat, then test with a drop of water (it should bead). Then add fat or food. Avoid sudden blasts of high heat on an empty pan. Deglaze while hot to lift the fond, then turn the heat down.
Over time, titanium can show surface marks from normal use: they remain superficial, nothing flakes and nothing migrates.
Chopping and care
For the titanium cutting board, use clean, controlled cuts with sharp knives. Cleaning: hot water + washing-up liquid, then dry. Dishwasher use is possible depending on the item; choose a mild detergent and avoid very abrasive pads. Oven and induction compatible for the cooking pieces.
