Why metal ice cubes instead of regular ice
A water ice cube chills by melting: after ten minutes, your glass holds as much water as drink. A reusable ice cube stores cold and releases it without adding anything. That's the real benefit, and it's enough: the taste of iced tea, lemonade or iced coffee stays the same as the first sip.
Use two to three pieces per glass and freeze for at least four hours. They chill more slowly than a water ice cube — that's the trade-off for not diluting your drink.

What's really inside
A reusable ice cube is a sealed shell around a liquid. Everything comes down to these two elements. Cheap models enclose a gel in a plastic shell: if the shell cracks, the gel leaks into your drink. Ours is a sealed pure grade 1 titanium shell, filled with purified water: even if it gets knocked around, there's only water inside.

Use and care
Rinse with hot water before first use, then after each drink. They're dishwasher safe. Dry them before putting them back in the freezer so they don't stick together. Wear marks stay on the surface: the shell is solid metal all the way through.

Do titanium ice cubes really chill?
Yes, but differently than water ice: they lower the temperature by a few degrees and maintain it, without ever diluting your drink. For a very quick chill, also put the glass in the fridge.
How long in the freezer?
Four hours minimum, overnight ideally. You can leave them in permanently.
Do they give a metallic taste?
No. Pure titanium is inert and contains no nickel, unlike stainless steel.
Are they dishwasher safe?
Yes. Titanium doesn't rust or tarnish in the dishwasher.
How many do you need per glass?
