It’s a practical choice if you want to try a uncoated frying pan in everyday cooking, learn the right technique, and see the difference in cooking and cleaning—without replacing all your pots and pans at once.
Titanium is bare metal: it can pick up surface marks over time, but nothing flakes and nothing migrates from a coating, because there isn’t one.
Everyday use (key habits)
For consistent results, focus on temperature control.
- Preheating: start on a medium heat for 1 to 3 minutes, then adjust.
- Fat: add a little oil or a knob of butter once the surface is hot, especially for delicate foods.
- Cooking: let food sear before turning; avoid thermal shock.
Suitable for all hobs, including induction. Depending on the items in the set, oven use may be possible (check for any non-metal parts).
Cleaning
